Its's always hard to chose a name for a company. We decided to use some inspiration from our genealogy. Yorston is an old family name from Alan's family tree from his ancestors in the Orkneys, whereas, Falcon was the wonderful middle name of his wife Kate's Grandfather. These names inspired the use of the Falcon you can see on our new logo.
