Alan is a Chartered Engineer with over 30 years’ experience in the design and development of vehicles for automotive commercial applications and off-highway construction & mining applications.

 

He is a strategically and commercially experienced engineering leader, with a flair for bringing teams together to achieve product development objectives.  

 

Alan has demonstrated skills in successful delivery of new products and strong leadership strategies.  He is adept at troubleshooting and meeting fast-paced challenges and deadlines.  Alan has effectively applied these skills within both  product engineering and programme management at a number of OEMs recognised as leaders in their respective market areas.  

 

He is proud to have played a significant role in bringing a wide variety of new products to market for companies including LEVC, Alexander Dennis Ltd, Terex Equipment Ltd (now a Volvo Construction Equipment company) and Komatsu UK Ltd.
